I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location inside the city walls was absolutely perfect, allowing me to easily explore the medieval charm of the area. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. My room was beautifully decorated with lots of lovely lights, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and spacious, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the place.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms at Hotell Slottsbacken. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the safe storage for my bikes. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the main attractions, which was really convenient during my Easter stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of traditional Swedish dishes and plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.

My key card stopped working on the second day, leaving me locked out of my room. The reception closed early and it was difficult for me to get any help.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city center, with easy access to attractions and transportation options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities such as jacuzzis and fantastic showers. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, and always ready to help with any request.

The room was outdated and lacked basic amenities. it was extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

This hotel was the perfect location for my stay, being close to the ferry terminal and the main street in the center of the city. The hotel facilities were amazing as well, and the breakfast offered a great selection of food. The staff were wonderful and made me feel right at home. I also appreciate the parking on the property, which made it easy for me to come and go as I pleased.
